Blueberry Farm

Someone just told me that my favorite blueberry farm is open for the season. YES! Because of the dry weather, the farm didn’t open last year. So, I had been READY for this day for two years! Next day after work, I drove up myself to the blueberry farm with my new pair of rain boots I bought last year. (I get bitten by mosquitoes and other bugs all the time… so I have to cover up)

友達が｢ブルーベリーファームが開いてたで～｣と、2週間前ほどに教えてくれました。去年は気候の変化と水不足で木が枯れてしまいブルーベリー狩りができなかったので、張り切ってＪ－ｃｒｅｗで去年購入した長靴を、虫と蛇予防として履いて、次の日に仕事の後、行ってきました。

Go up to get a bucket, if you need. if not, keep going straight.
バケツなどいる場合は小屋のほうへ。いらない場合はそのまままっすぐ。



Self service. Prices are posted. After you are done, you have to come here to pay.

今日の収穫は少しだけ．．．



I was a little frustrated seeing many people picking even the ones that are not ready… Please just pick ones that are ready. They should look very dark; almost like black. You pick, you eat them all! Don’t you agree? I hate people who waste food!

中にはまだ熟していない分まで狩っている人も．．．　狩り採ったものは全部責任を持って食べましょう！　ブルーというよりブラックに近い色の実をとるとおいしいです
